Welcome to Arch City Plumbing. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services & Scheduling
All plumbing services, diagnostics, and repairs are subject to scheduling availability. While we make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows (especially for emergency services), dispatch times may vary due to weather, traffic, and emergency volume.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- Estimates provided over the phone or online are preliminary and subject to change upon a physical, on-site inspection.
- Upfront pricing is detailed before any work begins. The customer must approve the scope of work and rate sheet before our technician initiates repairs.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the plumbing services unless prior written agreements are made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks.
4. Limited Warranty
- We warrant our labor and craftsmanship for a specified period (typically 30 days to 1 year depending on the service) from the date of completion. This will be detailed on your invoice.
- Manufacturer warranties on parts (e.g., sump pumps, water heaters) are passed directly to the customer. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arch City Plumbing is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, plumbing wear-and-tear, or water damage that occurred prior to our arrival. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
